Mark S. Mahre has over 18 years experience in business process consulting, enterprise-wide IT solutions and data center strategy initiatives. In the last 10 years, Mark has held Sr. Partner, President and VP positions with four different companies achieving revenues in excess of $22M per year with direct P&L responsibilities and driving company initiatives with C-Level executives, Partners and Vice Presidents.

Mark has received International experience with EMEA and APAC regions on implementing process disciplines and modeling improvements for rapid deployment frameworks and workflows related to finance, sales, operations, manufacturing, information technology and other various lines of business.

Partner (US Operations) – C Michael Dalton
Michael is an experienced Software and Database Engineer, Business Process Analyst, and Enterprise Architect with expertise in Microsoft .NET and web solutions development, SQL database design and management, business process and systems analysis, data mining and analysis, and project management.  He has provided Business Process Management and Enterprise Application Integration consulting services to a myriad of local and national organizations, working with other members of the ClearCost team over many years.

Partner (US Operations) – Rodney L. Jarrett
Rodney’s extensive career in the IT industry began in Banking, taking him through operational and general management roles.  This grounding enabled him to develop his strengths and chart a course into the IT services industry where his passion for the solution consulting and business development disciplines could be applied, with companies like Eastman Kodak, Docucorp, Filenet and Optimus.

With the experience of working for and with market-leading hardware, software, and services organizations on enterprise-scale business process and workflow management projects at major firms across a variety of industries, Mr. Jarrett possesses the ability to effectively and efficiently interact and collaborate with both the business and technology dimensions of an organization. Understanding that all business processes either create or consume value in satisfying customer expectations, Mr. Jarrett engages process owners and stakeholders with a “your processes are your business” perspective. Technical Director – Leo Lui
Leo manages our dedicated ClearCost development team through our partner, Shine Technologies.  He is also responsible for the architecture and future technical development direction for the product.  Leo has extensive experience in Microsoft development technologies, web developments and architecture.
