A specific deliverable from a typical ClearCost implementation – the Service Ratecard (or Service Catalogue where every Service has a cost and Unit Price) is a critical piece of management
information that underpins the commercial presentation of the IT function.
Each Service has a total cost, backed by the Activity Based Costing and Service Based capacity allocation logic that generates those costs – all tying back to the Budget or current re-forecast costs of the IT group. |
